New Zealand Prime Minister: Terrorist ‘will remain nameless’

NEW ZEALAND Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has vowed to deny the Christchurch gunman notoriety by never mentioning his name.

Mrs Ardern spoke after the white supremacist accused of gunning down 50 people at two mosques in New Zealand dismissed his lawyer and decided to represent himself at trial.

She described the attacker as a “terrorist”, a “criminal” and an “extremist”, and asked people to “speak the names of those who were lost, rather than name of the man who took them.”
